Construction
A single layer of relatively large horizontal chambers further reduces the pad’s weight while maintaining a fairly high level of thermal comfort.
Once inflated, the chambers also create a comfortable wavy surface.
Brushing the top layer of the material increases friction, so your sleeping bag won’t slide off the pad.
Inflation
A double valve with a high flow rate makes it easy to top up the pad without air escaping when you close it. By pressing the valve, you can regulate the pressure in the pad if it becomes overinflated.
The self-inflating function inflates the pad to about 60% of its total volume; the user must inflate the rest. You can inflate the pad by mouth or using an Air bag. We do not recommend using pumps, as there is a risk of overinflation and damage to the pad.
We recommend storing the pad laid out flat.
