HardWALL

Tire construction technology with a protective layer from bead to bead and a rubber insert for aggressive off-road riding. The casing designed specifically for riding style in challenging terrain – several reinforcements built directly into the tire's casing are intended to enhance overall tread durability, as well as provide greater support at lower pressures. With a nylon protective layer from bead to bead, which is an integral part of the casing and with a thick rubber insert over the bead, the HardWALL construction is destined to handle relentless abuse with ease and offers protection against punctures. Incorporating these strengthening elements, along with a nylon casing density of 60 TPI, contributes to solid and robust construction, supporting reliability and ride quality without compromising weight and power transfer efficiency.

SmartGRIP

Experience and victories in rally and motocross led Pirelli's developers to invent the innovative SmartGRIP rubber compound. The special compound combines two opposing properties:
a) Resistance to cutting: guarantees maximum mechanical grip and traction in dry conditions and higher puncture resistance along with longer durability.
b) Chemical adhesion in the wet: no need to worry about changing conditions, whether it rains or if there are muddy and slippery sections on the track.

The result is a longer lifespan for tire driving properties, offering excellent grip. The tire retains these driving properties even as the tread wears. The single-compound composition of SmartGRIP allows for consistent driving characteristics throughout the tire's wear. Greater mechanical resistance of the rubber provides higher resistance not only to wear but also to punctures.
