On the trail, you want your bike to feel predictable and your foot to stay put even in a rough descent. Race Face Chester Large pedals add confidence to every pedal stroke while remaining pleasantly low-maintenance.
The wide Large platform gives your shoe a stable base for all-mountain riding, enduro, and eMTB. In steeper sections, you can focus more on your line than on finding the pedal.
Reliable traction comes from 11 pins on each side, so the sole stays firmly in place even in wet or dusty conditions. The combination of metal and plastic pins helps with grip without unnecessarily sharp “biting.”
The nylon composite body slides over rocks and roots, so the pedal is less likely to catch in technical terrain. At the same time, it handles impacts and everyday trail abuse well.
The internal assembly is fully serviceable, so you can keep the pedals running smoothly over the long term. The Cr-Mo steel axle adds peace of mind on harder landings.
The Large platform measures 115 × 110 mm.
Platform thickness is 16 mm.
The Large version weighs 355 g per pair of pedals.
The body is made from a nylon composite, and the axle is made from Cr-Mo chromoly steel.
Race Face Chester Large in magenta are composite platform pedals for riders who want stable support and consistent grip. They’re a great fit for a trail bike as well as a powerful eMTB, where durability and serviceability matter. The pink finish also looks bold on the bike while still feeling sporty.
