The meals have a minimum shelf life of 5 years. The food is produced from fresh ingredients using a special freeze-drying process. Real Turmat meals are freeze-dried only after the complete meal has been cooked, unlike other brands where individual ingredients are freeze-dried and then mixed. This unique method of preparing meals from fresh ingredients ensures that Real Turmat products have an outstanding taste that far surpasses all competing products.

The product can be stored in most temperature conditions, but the ideal temperature is approximately 20° C

Muesli - oat flakes, whole grain flakes, honey, sugar, wheat and rye flakes, freeze-dried strawberries, dried milk, chocolate

Preparation instructions

Tear open the top part of the package.
Pour hot water up to the recommended fill line on the outside of the package (approximately 370 ml).
Mix thoroughly.
Close the package with the zip lock.
Wait about 5 minutes, mix again, and the meal is ready. If you find it too thick, add more water.

To keep the meal warm, we recommend eating directly from the package.
