Transition is a model designed for aggressive enduro and downhill. Very durable construction with enhanced ankle protection on the inner side with D3O protection. Designed for SPD pedals.

Women's models are not a mere copy of men's models. RC is aware of the differences in body structure between women, men, and children, and that's why women's models are developed independently. The entire shoe has different dimensions in all directions, but also a different stiffness of the construction including the sole. Stylish colors are a given.

Rider protection is a priority here. Reinforced toe and heel are standard. Ride Concepts is the only manufacturer using D3O technology across several models. Everyone knows D3O from bike protectors (Race Face, Bluegrass…). The inner insole has integrated D3O protectors in the heel area and under the step of the toes to protect from impacts or unmatched double jumps and subsequent heel stamping. Thanks to D3O, the foot is less fatigued and prone to bruising.

The shoe construction uses almost no seams; everything is thoroughly welded. The reason is resistance to damage and water penetration.

Lacing with anti-slip laces secured with a single Velcro strap at the top of the shoe. The tongue has a loop for storing the laces so they don't move freely and risk contact with the bike or getting caught on an obstacle. The tongue is elastically attached to the shoe's construction to stay in place and prevent dirt intrusion.

Clip Grip sole with a prominent hexagonal tread. The Clip Grip sole compound is used in models designed for SPD and has an ideal balance of grip, durability, and stiffness for power transfer forward. The result of development with Rubber Kinetics (Good Year). An inserted plastic casing under the cleat area provides additional sole support.
