When you want to ride long, fast, and without needless jarring, a detail like the seatpost matters more than it seems. The Ritchey Superlogic 1-Bolt Flexlogic 27.2x400 20mm offset seatpost gives the bike a calmer feel and a more precise riding position.
FlexLogic technology damps vibrations better than standard carbon seatposts, helping to spare your back and keep you fresher for longer. At the same time, it remains laterally stiff, so it doesn’t feel “rubbery” under power.
You adjust the SideBinder clamp with a single side bolt, which is quick and straightforward even in a tight frame area. The cradle system securely holds the saddle rails and keeps the chosen tilt.
The carbon construction and matte UD finish look clean and race-ready, but it’s not just about appearance. The low weight of around 0.18 kg helps you fine-tune a lightweight road or gravel bike.
The 20 mm offset gives you more options when setting up your fit, especially if you’re dialling in knee position over the pedal axle. This makes it easy to match the seatpost to the frame geometry and your saddle choice.
The seatpost diameter is 27.2 mm for standard seat tubes of this size.
The total length of the seatpost is 400 mm, including a minimum insertion of 100 mm.
The seatpost is made of carbon fibre with a matte UD carbon surface finish.
The SideBinder clamp uses a single M6 bolt and includes a clamp for 7x7 mm rails.
This seatpost is for riders who want low weight, simple adjustment, and a noticeably calmer ride on broken tarmac and gravel. FlexLogic helps filter out small impacts without sacrificing confidence in corners.
Thanks to the 400 mm length and 20 mm offset, it’s also a great choice for fine-tuning fit on a frame with a longer seat tube. The replaceable clamps also make it easier to switch to carbon rails if you use them.
