With the Ritchey WCS Beacon Blatte 40 handlebars, you’ll feel confident off-road and comfortable on long rides. The wide drops give the bike stability even when you’re carrying fully loaded bags.
The extreme flare of the lower section with a 36° flare increases control in the drops while leaving plenty of space for a handlebar bag.
The shallow drop with an 80 mm drop makes it easier to change hand positions without an unnecessary “fall” of the body forward, which you’ll appreciate on both gravel and asphalt.
The shorter 65 mm reach keeps your hands closer to your body and helps maintain a more comfortable position for all-day riding.
The Evo-style ergonomic top section with a 4.5° backsweep supports a natural wrist position when riding on the tops.
The width at the bottom of the bend is 40 cm for precise line control.
The 80 mm drop supports quick transitions between hand positions.
The 65 mm reach helps maintain a compact riding position.
The handlebars are made from triple-butted 7050 aluminum alloy and weigh 0.27 kg.
Ritchey WCS Beacon Blatte 40 are gravel handlebars built for comfort, stability, and practical space at the front of the bike. Thanks to their pronounced shape, they’re well suited to bikepacking, long rides, and everyday commuting.
The matte black Blatte finish looks understated and pairs easily with the rest of your components. You’ll also appreciate compatibility with the Shimano EW-RS910 Di2 junction unit and the option to use clip-on aero bars.
For a clean install, a 31.8 mm clamp diameter is ready, along with an anatomical bend shape that keeps your hands secure even on rough surfaces.
