Rock Machine Torrent e50-29B Touring e-bike Black/Grey VZOREK is a trekking e-bike on 29" wheels for commuting and leisure. It’s built around a Bosch mid-drive motor and everyday equipment including a rear rack and lighting. In terms of performance, it targets the affordable touring e-bike segment, with an emphasis on easy operation and a wide gear range.
The frame is made from heat-treated 6061-T6 aluminum alloy with a low step-through for easy mounting. The geometry is tuned for stability and predictable handling when carrying a load on the rack. Front suspension is handled by an SR Suntour NVX30-DS fork with 100 mm of travel and lockout. The design features an integrated in-frame battery and clean cable routing for touring use.
Drivetrain: microSHIFT Acolyte shifting runs a 1×8 setup with a 12–46T cassette. One1 cranks with a 38T chainring are paired with a KMC e9S chain.
Brakes: Shimano MT200 hydraulic disc brakes use Shimano SM-RT10 rotors. Rotor diameter is 180 mm.
Wheels and tires: The wheels are built on Stars J26S rims with 32 holes and Shimano HB-TX505 hubs with Center Lock mounting. WTB Freedom Dual tires measure 29×2.1".
Cockpit: One1 Alloy handlebars are 720 mm wide with a 31.8 mm clamp diameter. A One1 stem is complemented by a WTB Volt saddle, a One1 30.9 mm seatpost, and Velo ERGO grips.
The Bosch Performance Line Cruise mid-drive motor with 65 Nm of torque supports smooth pedaling even on climbs. The 29er wheels improve tracking on gravel and rough asphalt. The 100 mm travel fork filters impacts from the front wheel, and the lockout helps on smooth sections. Wider 29×2.1" tires add traction while still keeping rolling resistance reasonable.
This bike is designed for riders who commute, go on weekend rides, and mix asphalt with hard-packed paths. You’ll appreciate the integrated equipment for everyday road use and the simple 1x setup without a front derailleur. Compared to sportier hardtails with more travel, it focuses more on touring and practicality.
