SALEWA Pedroc 5 Durastretch are lightweight women’s softshell pants designed for dynamic mountain activities such as speed hiking, trekking, or fast hiking in changing conditions.
The functional Durastretch material (89% polyamide, 11% elastane) ensures high breathability, stretch, and quick drying, providing maximum comfort even during intense movement.
Thanks to the PFAS-free DWR finish, the pants are also water-repellent and suitable for slightly adverse weather.
The low weight of around 240 g and the athletic fit support freedom of movement and comfort for all-day wear.
An ergonomic, adjustable waistband fits well even when carrying a backpack, while the gusseted crotch ensures unrestricted movement in demanding terrain.
Practical details such as two zippered side pockets and a back pocket keep small essentials close at hand.
The pants combine durability, lightness, and functional performance, making them an ideal choice for anyone who wants to move quickly, efficiently, and without restrictions in the mountains.
Fabric developed and patented by Dynafit based on high abrasion resistance. Products made of this light fabric are suitable for high-altitude climbing, trekking and hiking. Durastretch is a combination of nylon (polyamide) and a high content of stretch material. Most products made of this fabric are suitable for wearing all year round, thanks to the excellent sweat wicking. Cordura yarns are also woven in for abrasion resistance.
