The durable lower-cut Salewa Pedroc Camo Alpine Merino Quarter socks are suitable for hiking and many other activities in warmer conditions. With these on, you don’t have to be afraid of blisters.
The socks with a camouflage pattern are made from a lightweight, soft, and breathable blend of polyamide, Merino and TENCEL™. The durable stretch knit construction is reinforced with a contrasting seamless toe, foot and durable heel.
The reinforced seamless toe and durable heel protection ensure full freedom of movement and blister-free activities that won’t scare you for life.
Merino is a breed or group of breeds of domestic sheep, characterized by a very fine soft wool. Garments made from this wool are very comfortable and non-scratchy. The structure of the fibre and the weaving technology create multiple "air pockets" and thus guarantee thermal comfort of the wearer. The pockets keep the air warm on the body and create very effective insulation. An important characteristic of Merino is also neutralisation of sweat and elimination of odour, which is why Merino wool is often used in winter sportswear.
