Schwalbe G-One R PRO Super Race V-Guard TLR is built for fast rides as well as longer stretches where the surface changes every few kilometers. Schwalbe G-One R PRO gravel tire combines brisk rolling with confident line-holding, making it ideal for a mix of asphalt, hard-packed roads, and lighter off-road terrain. The tread with a “boomerang” layout and angled side lugs helps maintain traction even in wet conditions, when gravel or dirt can be tricky. Puncture protection is handled by V-Guard technology, which adds durability without an unnecessarily sluggish feel. And thanks to the TLR design, you can run the tire tubeless for better comfort and a lower risk of pinch flats on sharp stones.
The tire is made in the 28x1.35 inch size and meets the ETRTO 35-622 standard, i.e., a common gravel/trekking rim diameter for 700C wheels; this corresponds to the French designation 700x35C. The Addix Race compound is tuned for speed and cornering confidence, so it performs well during sporty riding on changing surfaces. The casing with TPI 67 contributes to a balanced ride feel between suppleness and durability, while one tire weighs 445 g. The recommended pressure is up to 4.5 Bar (65 PSI), and the load rating is designed for 75 kg per tire; the Kevlar bead also makes mounting easier and allows for transport as a folding option.
Schwalbe G-One R PRO Super Race V-Guard TLR is a fast yet practical all-rounder for riders who go “a bit of everywhere” and want stable handling in both dry and wet conditions.
