When a little bike gets going, you want it to roll easily and confidently, even on the regular path to the playground. The Schwalbe Motion Kid Plus 12x1,75 tire gives a kids’ bike a calm ride feel and pleasant contact with the surface.
The 12x1,75-inch size supports stability and natural tracking of a small bike at low speeds as well as during quicker take-offs. The wider profile helps absorb small bumps, so hands on the handlebars don’t take as much of a beating.
The tire is suitable for kids’ bikes and other small bikes where confidence and easy handling matter most. It feels predictable in corners, which is often the most important thing for beginner riders.
The wire bead holds its shape and makes it easier to seat accurately on the rim. In practice, that means an even circumference and smoother rolling on asphalt, cobblestones, and hard-packed paths.
With its kid-focused design, it’s ideal for everyday riding, when the bike moves between sidewalks, the park, and the playground. When needed, the tire can handle fine gravel as well.
The tire size is 12x1,75 inches.
The tire diameter is 12 inches.
The ETRTO diameter designation is -203.
The construction is a wire-bead tire.
Schwalbe Motion Kid Plus 12x1,75 is a tire for small bikes designed for frequent riding and straightforward handling. Thanks to its 12-inch size, it fits kids’ bikes that are meant to be stable and easy to steer. If you’re replacing a tire on a 12-inch bike, this type makes sense for everyday use.
