The Coolmax Tech material in the EcoMade version is lightweight, flexible, and quick-drying.
It contains silver ions, which prevent odor and provide permanent antibacterial protection.

COOLMAX® EcoMade technology provides the same reliable cooling performance you expect from COOLMAX® technology, but is made from 100% recycled sources to help the environment. Each of these options offers permanent moisture wicking.
Lycra® is a spandex fiber. It is a branded, highly flexible polyurethane fiber (more than 85%) manufactured by Invista (introduced in 1958 by DuPont). A characteristic feature of Lycra® fibers is their high elasticity, shape stability and durability.
Spandex, Lycra or elastane are synthetic fibers known for their exceptional elasticity. It is stronger and more durable than natural rubber. It is a polyester-polyurethane copolymer that was invented in 1958 by chemist Joseph Shivers at DuPont's Benger Laboratory in Waynesboro, Virginia. The advantage of spandex is its significant strength and elasticity, and the ability to return to its original shape after stretching and to dry faster than ordinary fabrics.
