The Sensor Helium is a comfortable women's cycling jersey with a looser fit, suitable for cycling and other sports activities.
The jersey boasts excellent functional properties thanks to the material used, which includes UV protection UPF25.
It also features a side zip pocket for storing small items and an extended back section for ample comfort.
The material used, Coolmax Tech in EcoMade design, is lightweight, stretchy, and quick-drying.
It contains silver ions that prevent odors and provide lasting antibacterial protection.
Material: 42% PES Coolmax Fresh, 51% PES micro, 7% Lycra + 84% PES, 16% Spandex
COOLMAX® EcoMade technology provides the same reliable cooling performance you expect from COOLMAX® technology, but is made from 100% recycled sources to help the environment. Environmentally conscious consumers will appreciate that this polyester fiber can be made from either 100% textile waste or recycled PET bottles. Each of these options offers permanent moisture wicking.
Lycra® is a spandex fiber. It is a branded, highly flexible polyurethane fiber (more than 85%) manufactured by Invista (introduced in 1958 by DuPont). A characteristic feature of Lycra® fibers is their high elasticity, shape stability and durability.
Spandex, Lycra or elastane are synthetic fibers known for their exceptional elasticity. It is stronger and more durable than natural rubber. It is a polyester-polyurethane copolymer that was invented in 1958 by chemist Joseph Shivers at DuPont's Benger Laboratory in Waynesboro, Virginia. The advantage of spandex is its significant strength and elasticity, and the ability to return to its original shape after stretching and to dry faster than ordinary fabrics.
