The children's functional shirt offers a sophisticated solution for layering in variable weather.
The construction utilizes a combination of a polyester layer towards the body and high-quality merino wool on the outside, which accelerates moisture transport while providing excellent thermoregulation.
The inner polyester side eliminates the unpleasant feeling of "itching" when wearing wool in contact with the skin for more sensitive children.
Merino wool offers natural antibacterial protection against odors and effective heat retention.
Merino is a breed or group of breeds of domestic sheep, characterized by a very fine soft wool. Garments made from this wool are very comfortable and non-scratchy. The structure of the fibre and the weaving technology create multiple "air pockets" and thus guarantee thermal comfort of the wearer. The pockets keep the air warm on the body and create very effective insulation. An important characteristic of Merino is also neutralisation of sweat and elimination of odour, which is why Merino wool is often used in winter sportswear.
