When the terrain drops into a steeper descent, you want your brakes under control and your hands at ease. Shimano Alivio BL-T4000 gives you the confidence of a smooth pull and precise modulation.
The two-finger lever sits naturally under your fingers and helps you maintain a stable grip on the handlebars even on rough terrain. You’ll appreciate the ergonomic shape on longer rides, when every bit of comfort counts.
The adjustable reach lets you fine-tune the lever position to match your hand size and riding style. With the right setup, you get a more secure feel and less fatigue during frequent braking.
Fast tool-free brake cable adjustment makes it easy to fine-tune brake action during routine maintenance. It’s ideal when you want the lever feel to stay consistently precise.
The aluminum construction delivers durability for both trekking and MTB use. The black finish also pairs easily with most cockpits and components.
Model designation: BL-T4000.
Brake lever type: mechanical, for a brake cable.
Brake compatibility: V-brake and mechanical disc brake.
Version: left side, two-finger lever in black.
Shimano Alivio BL-T4000 is a left brake lever that makes brake control clearer and improves the feel in your hand. For both trekking and MTB, you’ll appreciate the ability to fine-tune the reach and the easy cable adjustment.
It’s a practical part for anyone who wants reliable braking without unnecessary complexity. It’s well suited for replacing a worn lever as well as for building a bike with a mechanical braking system.
