When the trail drops into a steep descent, you want calm and confidence in your hands. The Shimano Deore BL-M6200+BR-M6200 set delivers precise modulation and a consistent braking feel.
This hydraulic disc brake for both the front and rear wheel maintains power even during prolonged braking. In the saddle, you can focus on your line and pace—not on an uncertain lever pull.
Servo Wave technology shortens the initial bite and helps build power smoothly, so you stay in control through every corner.
The two-piston caliper transfers force evenly and predictably, which you’ll appreciate on technical trails as well as in fast enduro riding.
Low-viscosity mineral oil supports a consistent bite point in both heat and cold, so the brake behaves predictably.
I-Spec EV compatibility helps tidy up the cockpit and integrate shifting with the brake lever into a clean, easy-to-read layout.
The brakes are intended for MTB and enduro, including a set for both the front and rear wheel.
The braking system is a hydraulic disc brake with a two-piston caliper and Post Mount mounting.
The SM-BH90-SBM hose has a front hose length of 1000 mm and a rear hose length of 1700 mm; both can be shortened.
The brake pads are Resin without cooling fins, and the recommended rotor is SM-RT70.
Shimano Deore BL-M6200+BR-M6200 is a complete brake set aimed at riders looking for confidence in changing conditions. Thanks to the two-finger lever ergonomics, it feels natural in the hand even on longer rides.
The aluminum construction and thoughtful hose routing maintain durability and a clean look for the bike. The result is a brake that’s easy to read and gives you the space to focus on the ride.
