When you want to run light, every extra gram is noticeable – and that’s exactly where the Vesta SILVA Strive Fly Green S makes sense. It stays stable on your body, breathes well, and doesn’t restrict movement, so you can focus on pace, technique, and terrain.
SILVA Strive Fly is a running vest with a minimalist cut that helps you keep your gear organized and within easy reach without unnecessary bouncing. The combination of lightweight ripstop material and stretch mesh supports ventilation and moisture wicking, making the vest comfortable to wear even at higher intensity. Cleverly designed pockets make it easy to access gels, bars, or gloves while running, which you’ll appreciate in training and on long distances. A big plus is also the attachment points for running poles and reflective elements for better visibility at dusk.
The vest is designed as a running vest with a 3-liter capacity, so it fits the essentials for fast training sessions and races. In size S, it weighs 122 grams, so it feels very light on the body while still holding its shape and staying out of the way. The front offers two bottle pockets with adjustable straps that help keep the bottle and straw in place, complemented by two side pockets with double entry for quick access from the front or the side. There’s also a rear mesh pocket and a zip pocket with a key hook for a phone or small items; the body material is a blend with 87% nylon and 13% elastane, and the vest is intended for hand washing.
SILVA Strive Fly Green is an ideal choice for runners who want a lightweight, breathable, and practically designed running pack worn on the body. It’s well suited to quick runs, tempo training, and races where comfort, stability, and easy access to gear make the difference. If you run with poles or often manage hydration on the move, this model will suit you well.
Ripstop is a fabric with high strength, made using a special technique. Thin threads are woven into the fabric at a distance of 5-8 mm, giving it a articulated structure. This provides increased tear strength. In practice, it works by causing the tear to jam against the reinforced fibers which prevent it from continuing. Ripstop was developed in the USA during the Second World War for parachutes.
