SiS Beta Fuel Energy Chew is an energy gel with a dual energy source in the form of chewable sticks. It is very digestible and provides 46 grams of carbohydrates in one stick needed to improve and maintain optimal performance.
The 1:0.8 glucose to fructose ratio increases the percentage of ingested carbohydrates that are oxidized (known as efficiency) from 62% to 74% compared to a 2:1 ratio. The 1:0.8 glucose to fructose ratio reduces symptoms of stomach fullness compared to the 2:1 ratio.
Ingredients: Sugar, water, glucose syrup, fructose syrup, gelling agent (pectin), color (carotenes), acidity regulator (citric acid), natural flavoring, corn starch, glazing agent (coconut oil, carnauba wax).
May contain egg, fish, soy, milk, and gluten.
Recommended dosage: Use during prolonged exercise to replenish energy (60 g - entire package). The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
