SiS Beta Fuel Energy Chew is an energy gel with a dual energy source in the form of chewable bars. It is highly digestible and provides 46 grams of carbohydrates per bar, necessary for improving and maintaining optimal performance.
The glucose to fructose ratio of 1:0.8 increases the percentage of ingested carbohydrates that are oxidized (known as efficiency) from 62% to 74% compared to a 2:1 ratio. The glucose to fructose ratio of 1:0.8 reduces symptoms of stomach fullness compared to a 2:1 ratio.
Ingredients: Sugar, water, glucose syrup, fructose syrup, gelling agent (pectin), color (carotenes), acidity regulator (citric acid), natural flavor, corn starch, glazing agent (coconut oil, carnauba wax).
May contain eggs, fish, soy, milk, and gluten.
Recommended use: Consume during extended training sessions to replenish energy (60 g – the whole package). The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
