SiS GO Electrolyte contains an easily digestible blend with a fast supply of carbohydrates for energy delivery and essential electrolytes like sodium, which are necessary for proper hydration. SiS GO Electrolyte is mixed with the ideal concentration of carbohydrates (36g in the mix which represents a 6% solution), sodium (20 mmol / L), and water (per 500ml serving) for the most effective hydration.
