Description

SiS Go Hydro Tablets contain key electrolytes such as sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium, and chloride. These are an integral part of the proper functioning of the human body and maintaining high athletic performance.

The most important electrolyte is sodium, which supports natural hydration, helps stimulate thirst, and increases the body's desire for fluids. The concentration of sodium in the blood typically begins to drop after exercising for more than two hours. For athletes drinking only plain water, a low sodium concentration in the bloodstream can cause fatigue, loss of concentration, and strength.

The sodium content of SiS GO Hydro is 0.7g/l with a concentration of 30 mmol/l, which has been scientifically proven to hydrate the human body better than plain water.

Sodium is a part of electrolyte drinks; however, SiS products offer one of the highest concentrations and are boosted with a range of other vitamins and minerals, such as zinc, chloride, magnesium, and others.

Ideally, drink SiS GO Hydro 60-90 minutes at the start of the activity and then switch to the carbohydrate supplement SiS GO Energy.

Usage: Dissolve a tablet in 500ml of water. Suitable for drinking before, during, and after sports activities.

To ensure ideal hydration levels, we recommend consuming 400-600ml of SiS GO Hydro drinks about 3-4 hours before physical activity. If you are preparing for a particularly strenuous sport, we recommend focusing on proper hydration for several days in advance. During the sport, regularly replenish fluids, taking a few sips every 10 minutes, so the total amount is 500ml per hour. After the activity, continue drinking SiS GO Hydro, and with slow drinking, replace each 0.5 kilograms of lost weight with 750ml of fluid.
