SiS Go Hydro tablets contain key electrolytes such as sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium, and chloride. These are essential components for the proper functioning of the human body and maintaining high athletic performance.

The most important electrolyte is sodium, which supports natural hydration, helps stimulate thirst, and increases the body's desire for fluids. Sodium concentration in the blood typically begins to decrease after over two hours of exercise. Athletes who drink only plain water may experience fatigue, loss of concentration, and strength due to low sodium levels in their blood.

The sodium content of SiS GO Hydro is 0.7g/l at a concentration of 30 mmol/l, which has been scientifically proven to hydrate the human body better than plain water.

Sodium is part of electrolyte drinks, but SiS products offer one of the highest concentrations and are supplemented with a range of other vitamins and minerals such as zinc, chloride, magnesium, and others.

Ideally, SiS GO Hydro should be consumed 60-90 minutes at the start of performance, then transition to the carbohydrate supplement SiS GO energy.

Usage: dissolve the tablet in 500ml of water. Suitable for drinking before, during, and after athletic performance.

To ensure an optimal level of hydration, we recommend consuming 400-600ml of SiS GO Hydro drinks about 3-4 hours before sports performance. If you are preparing for a particularly demanding athletic performance, we recommend focusing on proper hydration several days in advance. During the sport, replenish fluids regularly, a few sips every 10 minutes so that the total volume is 500ml per hour. After the performance, continue drinking SiS GO Hydro and replace every 0.5 kg of lost weight with 750ml of fluid through slow drinking.
