The second highest model of the Sram Eagle Transmission cassette with XS-1297 T-Type Eagle designation and a 520% range of 10–52 teeth.
Thanks to the full X-Sync design, this cassette offers the best shifting you have ever seen, and it keeps this standard high even during truly demanding use. The harder you pedal, the better it shifts. This is the lightest Eagle cassette so far. Plus, it offers the most accurate shifting and the longest durability. The cassette is made from hardened tool steel machined X-Dome design for the cluster. The stamped steel 38T and 44Tcogs are pinned to the lighter aluminium 12th gear. (Spider Cog)
The XX Eagle Transmission cassette and rear derailleur are designed as integrated and interdependent drivetrain components. The XS-1297 cassette is not suitable for use on electric bikes.
The cassette is mounted on a proven Sram XD freehub body.
