How to use the splint:
Assess the injury. If you suspect a fracture or a severe sprain, decide to immobilize it.
Unroll and shape the splint. Adjust it to the shape of the affected body part. You can bend it into "U", "C", or "T" shapes for higher stability.
Apply the splint to the injured area. Position it to immobilize the joint above and below the injury.
Secure using bandages. Use something like SMART Bandage™ or another compression wrap to fix the splint. Ensure the bandage is tight but does not restrict blood flow.
Monitor the condition. Regularly check the limb for swelling, discoloration, or loss of sensation.
