Compact FL Foam
The top segment of the Pinguin Compact FL Foam folding poles features an extended handle made of non-absorbent, non-slip, and vibration-dampening EVA foam. The length of the handles qualifies the poles as four-season, allowing hand position changes during traversing while maintaining a comfortable and secure grip.

Fast Lock
The total length of the poles can be easily, quickly, and safely adjusted using the Fast Lock mechanism with an aluminum lever located on the top segment of the pole, from 110 to 130 cm. Easy adjustment is aided by the markings on the upper telescopic segment of the poles.

Material

Individual segments of these telescopic poles are made from a very strong 7075 aluminum alloy with increased diameters for greater pole stiffness, connected by a Kevlar cord in a protective sleeve.
Segments of the poles are color anodized. This surface treatment makes aluminum mechanically abrasion-resistant and has increased resistance to weather conditions.
The tips are made of durable tungsten carbide, and the package includes rubber tip covers to eliminate vibrations and unwanted noise on hard surfaces.
