Thanks to multi-directional movements, this trainer provides a more realistic feel, as if you were actually riding outdoors. The integrated motion plates allow forward and backward movement, delivering an authentic riding experience. The new frame construction enables the trainer to move side to side, which is especially interesting when cornering.

The unique NEO technology, with an electromagnetic brake generating up to 2200 W and a virtual flywheel allows NEO series trainers to simulate gradients from 0 to 25%, as well as descents. This is particularly useful when using virtual worlds (Zwift, Rouvy), where you don't need to pedal on descents. NEO trainers require no external power source, as the brake acts much like a dynamo. The NEO 3M can simulate various surfaces like gravel, cobblestones, or roads.

Monitor your cycling achievements and progress with the help of precise watt measurement. The trainer provides power values with an accuracy of less than 1%. In addition to watts, you also have access to speed, cadence, and other important metrics. With this data, you can closely track and evaluate your performance, helping you to better understand your cycling form and work on achieving your goals.

The NEO 3M has a newly integrated LED indicator with colored lighting to signal which power zone you are currently working in.

Tacx NEO 3M features Bluetooth and ANT+ technology, allowing the trainer to connect with Tacx Training, Rouvy, Zwift, and other popular training apps, which control the trainer’s power and upload ride records to Garmin Connect™ or Strava upon completion.

The Tacx Neo3M trainer includes a front wheel stand. Another advantage is the ability to fold the support legs - a great benefit if you lack space.

The trainer is offered with several types of hubs such as Shimano Microspline, Sram XD/XDR, Campagnolo 9-12, Campagnolo N3W, Shimano HG (this variant includes a cassette).
