COOPE TARRAZU, established in 1960, represents over 5,000 growers from the Tarrazu region, many of whom cultivate on smaller plots. Emphasizing sustainable practices and innovation, they introduced the “La Pastora” coffee: a high-acidity, medium-bodied drink boasting a perfect aroma that embodies the signature of Tarrazu. Efficient processing minimizes water usage, highlighting their commitment to the environment and transparency.

All coffees are roasted using a slow roasting system in a micro roastery. They are single origin roasted in small batches.

Coffeebrewer
Unique Kraft Paper Bag with a filter, reusable. It’s a hybrid between a French press and drip coffee method.

Preparation Instructions

1. Open, shape the bag, and pour 300 ml of hot water
2. Let it steep for 4-8 minutes (depending on type and desired strength)
3. Pour into a cup and enjoy (2 cups)
