Packaging and storage
If you don't finish the meat, you can seal it with the practical zip. Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight at room temperature. Properly stored JERKY will last up to half a year.
The package contains an oxygen absorber, which is not intended for consumption. Any white traces on the meat are not a quality defect! This is common in dried meat due to salt use.
