No chemicals, just properly marinated and dried.
40 g bag fits right in your pocket. If you don't finish it, you can seal it with a practical zipper. Store in a dry place and away from sunlight at room temperature. Properly stored JERKY lasts up to six months. The package includes an oxygen absorber, which is not intended for consumption. Possible white streaks on the meat are not a quality defect! It’s common with dried meat due to the use of salt.
