The Oyo safety helmet is easy to use even for the smallest ones.
The shell made with in-mould technology is complemented by 10 ventilation openings for quality air circulation.
Innovative safety features include Uvex xTRA Shield forehead protection, temple guards, and Uvex KID PROtect on the back of the helmet, which acts as a shock absorber and prevents the head from sliding on the backrest of a child seat.

The principle consists in injecting compressed polystyrene into a polycarbonate shell at high temperatures and pressures (approx. 330°C). This connection ensures high strength at very low weight. Polystyrene absorbs energy in the event of an impact, but it deforms, which is why the helmet must be replaced after a major impact. Helmets produced by In-Mold technology and associated have a weight of 350-550 g.
The quick adjustment system of the helmet straps allows for optimal helmet position adjustment. The helmet sits firmly on the head at all times and the straps stay in place.
