Not every little future professional starts their cycling career at the same time. While the woom 1 balance bike is primarily designed for small kids from one and a half years old, the Woom 1 PLUS nicely gets children moving from three years old and introduces them to the world of cycling through play. This balance bike comes with a SURFBOARD footrest, where tiny acrobats can rest their feet and surf along on their balance bike as if riding on clouds.

The Woom 1 PLUS balance bike has a lightweight, high-quality aluminum frame AA-6061 with butted tubes and beginner-friendly geometry, which includes 14″ wheels, an extremely low top tube, a very low seat position, long wheelbase, and steering geometry that forgives mistakes and ensures stability, good balance, and greater riding pleasure. The superlight forged aluminum stem, 40 mm long, with a +15° angle, is designed with no protruding bolts to be friendly to any child's knee and comes equipped with two hex bolts (5 mm) for secure handlebar attachment.

Wide, ergonomically adapted, lightweight BMX-style aluminum handlebars with a high rise for maximum adjustment range, sandblasted, and black anodized, have a grip area diameter of 19 mm, suitable even for very small hands, and a width of 500 mm. The woom Ergogrip grips are the smallest of their kind with an ergonomically shaped surface made from non-toxic materials and ends with an extra-large diameter for better protection, securely held to the handlebars by a locking mechanism.

The balance bike is equipped with two independently controlled mini V-brakes with a children's lever ratio and ergonomically fitting brake levers with adjustable reach, suitable even for very small children's hands, and high-quality Jagwire cables with reduced friction and light operation. The rear brake features a conspicuous green brake lever and matching brake pads to differentiate between the front and rear brakes.

The wheels are fitted with superlight Soopa Doopa Hoops aluminum rims with narrow, lightweight aluminum hubs featuring sealed bearings and an especially narrow rear hub for extra legroom. Assembly and disassembly are easy with a 5 mm Allen key, and 16 lightweight, extra-durable cross-spoked stainless steel spokes ensure strength and stability. Schwalbe Little Joe 14 x 1.4″ woom edition tires with good cushioning, low rolling resistance, and secure grip come with car-style valves for easy inflation at any gas station and reflective stripes on the sides for optimal visibility even in poor lighting conditions.

Ergonomically adapted saddle is designed with the child's pelvic bones in mind and is made from non-toxic materials with side protection for leaning against house walls. The woom footrest is made of high-quality maple plywood with a varnished finish and non-slip tape, and it is already pre-mounted on the balance bike.
