When the asphalt breaks into gravel and the line disappears into dirt, you want a tire that holds its course without slowing you down. WTB Raddler TCS Light Fast Rolling SG2 will support you at a fast pace even on rough ground. It’s a gravel tire that feels confident in corners and stays composed even in the wet.
A fast-rolling center tread with dense, short knobs helps maintain a lively roll on gravel and hardpack. Taller side knobs add confidence when leaning the bike over and on loose surfaces, where stability is often decided. SG2 protection adds a lightweight nylon layer from bead to bead, so you can focus more on your line than on the risk of punctures. The kevlar bead construction makes installation easier and is practical for frequent travel and swapping wheels.
The tire size is for a 28-inch rim diameter with an ETRTO designation of 40-622.
The French size designation is 700x40.
Recommended riding pressure is 25–50 psi depending on the surface and riding style.
The weight of one tire is 522 g in black.
WTB Raddler is a gravel and cyclocross tire for riding on dirt, gravel, loose terrain, and in wet conditions. It combines speed on the flats with confidence in corners, making it suitable for long rides as well as technical sections. If you switch between surfaces and don’t want to compromise on handling, this solution makes a lot of sense.
