WTB Rocket Cromoly Fusion Form Medium saddle black

Description

Long climbs, a heavier e-MTB, and you’re still staying seated – that’s exactly when you find out whether you have the right support. The WTB Rocket Cromoly Fusion Form Medium saddle is built for comfort during hours on the trails, when you don’t want to deal with soreness or a loss of stability. It’s the kind of saddle that keeps you “in place” when the trail gets steep.

Main benefits

WTB Rocket is designed for riders who prioritize comfort and confidence on long rides on a mountain bike or e-bike. The more substantial padding helps dampen vibrations and relieves pressure on the sit bones, so you can focus better on your line and pace. The curved profile from nose to tail naturally “cradles” the body in one stable position, which is especially useful during seated climbs and in technical sections. Another advantage is the built-in “Backstop” design—a hidden support ramp at the rear that you can brace against firmly on steep ascents.

Technical specifications

The saddle measures 145 × 260 mm, a medium width that typically suits riders looking for versatile support for MTB and e-bike use. The shell uses Fusion Form Base technology, tuned for the right amount of flex to balance comfort, support, and durability off-road. Comfort comes from the thick padding and a durable microfiber cover with a pleasant surface that lets the foam work without unnecessary material “pull.” Steel rails made from Cr-Mo (chromoly) provide strength and secure clamping, and the total saddle weight is 331 g; the finish comes in practical black.

Conclusion

WTB Rocket Cromoly Fusion Form Medium is a comfortable saddle for mountain biking and e-bikes, where a stable position, stronger damping, and support on climbs really matter. It’s a great men’s / UNI solution for riders who spend most of the day in the saddle and want comfort without unnecessary compromises in durability.
