Yate Scout 5,5 inflatable sleeping pad grey

Description

When you finally stop after a long day on the trail, nighttime comfort determines what tomorrow will be like. The Yate Scout 5.5 inflatable sleeping pad in grey adds soft support and peace to your sleep. You can pack it down into a small bundle, and you’ll hardly notice it in your backpack.

Main benefits

Separate chambers keep the air in place, so the pad adapts better to your body and the insulation stays more consistent when you change position.

The ultralight design, weighing 400 g, saves energy on hikes where every gram counts.

The stuff sack also works as an inflation bag, so you’re not blowing moist air from your lungs into the pad.

The low-profile Flat valve helps with quick inflation and deflation when you’re packing in a hurry or on a cold morning.

Technical specifications

The pad measures 185 x 55 x 5.5 cm in a rectangular shape.

Packed dimensions are 8 x 21 cm to save space in your backpack.

The material is durable 20D nylon for low weight and good packability.

Its thermal resistance is rated at R-Value 1.2 for summer hiking and overnights in mild conditions.

Conclusion

Yate Scout 5.5 is an inflatable sleeping pad for hiking, summer treks, and light mountaineering, where you’ll appreciate its compact size and ease of use. Thanks to its chambered construction, it feels stable and comfortable even when sleeping on your side. The package includes the pad, a stuff sack with bag function, and a repair kit for common mishaps on the road.
