Description

Hammocks are increasingly popular as a solution for sleeping in the wild.

However, even in this case, it is essential to think about insulation from below, as a compressed sleeping bag at the bottom of the hammock provides minimal insulation. The solution is an underquilt, which is essentially a down blanket with elastic cords, suspended under the hammock to fit snugly against it.

Attachment
The blanket features both longitudinal and crosswise tightening at the ends to best fit the hammock. Additionally, a down collar is added at each end for this purpose.

At the top, you can fix the underquilt over the hammock using S hooks or attach it to the sides of the hammock using Crocodile clips. This allows you to use the hammock even with a mosquito net. In the hammock, all you need is a lighter sleeping bag or blanket over yourself, depending on the surrounding temperature.

NESTO is rectangular in shape, so you can also use it as a cover when sleeping in a car or at a cabin.

Washing
Use detergents suitable for down clothing when washing.
Wash in water up to 30°C. Dry in a dryer on low temperature or spread out flat, occasionally shaking the down. Do not use other chemical agents, do not iron.

The down in the underquilt remains fluffy and thus maintains excellent insulating properties, or in other words, warmth.
