YETI has created a bike that takes the best from other models. It climbs hills nimbly, yet effortlessly handles the toughest descents. The SB130 frame is made from a material called TURQ, which is a high modulus carbon. This makes the bike light yet stiff. The SB130 is equipped with a Fox Factory Float X shock with 130 mm of travel, designed for a fork with 150 mm of travel. The frame provides enough room for tires up to 2.5" wide. The frame uses Switch Infinity suspension technology, creating the illusion of infinite travel, even though it only has 130 mm.
The geometry is exactly what every trail rider envisions: a long reach with a short stem, short rear triangle (433 mm), slack head angle (65.5), and steep seat tube angle (77).
