Zeroflats sealant is made from latex nanoparticles and organic granulate; it coagulates upon puncture, creating a flexible and permanent seal.
Zeroflats serves as a replacement for inner tubes. In case of a puncture, you don’t need to dismount from the bike; the sealant immediately repairs the punctured spot.
Zeroflats can be used on both tubeless and conventional tires.
With Zeroflats, you can reduce your bike's weight by up to 200 g.
Zeroflats recommends using tires from manufacturers like Schwalbe, Continental, Kenda. It's important to use tires with a quality bead.
Zero Flats can be inflated with CO2 cartridges.

Safety Precautions
When installing, avoid contact with eyes and clothing. Zero flats contains ammonia (< 0.2%), which can cause eye irritation. Use protective eyewear. If Zero flats comes into contact with eyes, rinse them with clean water. Zero flats is water-soluble; if it stains clothing, do not let it dry, and wash it as soon as possible.
Installation
To seal 1 wheel, you need 60 ml of Zeroflats sealant. If you use Tubeless, TNT, or Tubeless Ready tires, a floor pump or CO2 will suffice. Mount the tire on the rim and inflate it so the tire beads lock into the rim. Then, unscrew the valve core, pour in 60 ml of Zeroflats, and inflate to the desired pressure. For standard tires, the process is the same, but you will need a compressor to inflate.
Recommended Dosage
26" wheels: 60 ml, 27.5": 90 ml, 27.5"+: 120 ml, 29": 120 ml, fatbike: 180 ml.
