Zero flats is a latex-based nano-sealant that is installed inside the tire. In the event of a puncture, it coagulates and forms a flexible and permanent seal. Zero flats replaces inner tubes and instantly repairs punctures. It can also be used on standard tires.

Usage - 60ml per tire
INSTALLATION To seal one tire, you need 60ml of Zero flats sealant. If using Tubeless, TNT, or Tubeless Ready tires, a workshop pump or CO2 will suffice. Install the tire onto the rim and inflate it to seat the tire bead on the rim. Then unscrew the valve core, pour in 60ml of Zero flats, and inflate to the desired pressure. When installing regular tires, the procedure is the same, but you will need a compressor to inflate.
