Description

The rear wheel Zipp 303 SW is built for speed and durability in any conditions. Like the front version, it features a 40mm deep carbon rim with an optimized inner width of 25mm for wider tubeless tires. This results in lower drag, better comfort, and higher control even on rough asphalt or cobblestones.

Thanks to the improved ZR1 hub with stainless steel bearings and 6 pawls in the freehub body, power transfer is immediate and smooth. The freehub is available in SRAM XDR, Shimano/SRAM Road, and Campagnolo variants separately. The wheel comes equipped with the integrated Zipp AXS Wheel Sensor, which wirelessly monitors tire pressure without using an external device on the valve—ideal for optimizing performance based on current terrain.

The rim is designed for lower pressures and, along with the larger tire volume, minimizes vibration transfer to the rider. The lightweight carbon construction with higher durability reduces the risk of impact damage while also contributing to better aerodynamics.
