Men's ski trousers made of 100% polyester, which is 50% recycled, with suspenders that can be removed if necessary.
The trousers have a membrane made of three different materials that together provide maximum thermal and breathable comfort.
The DWR waterproof finish is free from the harmful PFC impregnation. The trousers are also windproof.
They are highly durable thanks to the Ripstop finish and T8 Yarn fabric, which has stretch properties, is quick drying and keeps colours significantly longer expressive. The trousers are very breathable and there are zippers at the back with which to regulate the heat.
There are two pockets on the sides and the lower leg is reinforced for comfort when wearing ski boots.
Durable Water Repellent (DWR) is a durable coating added to fabrics at the factory to make them water repellent (hydrophobic). While the coating is effective, it also wears off and as such is recommended to be renewed/maintained with impregnating agents.
Ripstop is a fabric with high strength, made using a special technique. Thin threads are woven into the fabric at a distance of 5-8 mm, giving it a articulated structure. This provides increased tear strength. In practice, it works by causing the tear to jam against the reinforced fibers which prevent it from continuing. Ripstop was developed in the USA during the Second World War for parachutes.
