Silvini SORACTE are versatile winter pants designed for active skiers, especially ski mountaineers and cross-country skiers, but they can also be used for skating or running in cold windy conditions.
To achieve ideal properties, they are made from two different materials. The pants combine Woven Stretch, Powertherm materials, and a Quatroflex Power membrane with a water column of 10,000 mm and breathability of 10,000 g/m²/24 h, which ensures reliable wind protection and optimal moisture management. At the back, there is a highly breathable soft material that helps with thermoregulation and eases movement while maintaining wearing comfort.
Softshell itself is stretchy, but to ease knee bending, it is additionally pre-shaped and divided into two parts.
Elastic waistband and two silicone strips glued to the back of the waistband ensure that the pants do not move on the body. On the outer side, there is a zipper extending from the bottom edge almost to the knee. When opened, the pants expand by about 7 cm, allowing them to be worn over ski mountaineering boots.
On the outside of the thighs, there are 30 cm long zippers designed for increased ventilation at higher winter temperatures or during very active movement. A mesh sewn under them prevents snow from falling inside during open ventilation.
