Manufactured using In-Mold technology for a solid connection of the outer shell with the impact-absorbing helmet material EPS.
Thanks to the innovative Forced Air Cooling ventilation system, air flows into the helmet through 10 inlets and circulates around the head, providing cooling while riding.
MIPS protects your brain upon impact by reducing rotational forces.
The fastening system consists of aerodynamic FlowStraps and a Zoom Ace dial at the back of the helmet, allowing precise size adjustment.
Floating padding attached at three selected points to maximize ventilation and comfort.
It can also be worn with a ponytail or braid.

In-Mold technology can be found most often in bicycle and ski helmets. The principle consists in injecting compressed polystyrene into a polycarbonate shell at high temperatures and pressures (approx. 330°C). This connection ensures high strength at very low weight. Polystyrene absorbs energy in the event of an impact, but it deforms, which is why the helmet must be replaced after a major impact. Helmets produced by In-Mold technology and associated have a weight of 350-550 g.
EPS is expanded polystyrene. It is a strong and rigid material with a cellular structure, composed of 2% polystyrene and the rest is air.
Mips is a technology in the form of a special yellow insert inside the helmet, which has the task of reducing rotational forces acting on the head and brain in the event of a crash or fall while riding a bicycle. In principle, Mips works between two layers of the helmet shell, which rotate in relation to each other during a fall. This technology is being used by more and more major and minor helmet manufacturers, so if a helmet has this technology, you can tell by the small yellow logo on the outside of the helmet. Currently there are about 5 kinds of Mips system.
