More informationSome parts of this page are translated automatically, so please excuse any imperfections.
The frame bag is manufactured in two sizes, differing in length (M=40cm and L=48 cm).
The primary material used is Nylon Robic (PU coating 1500 mm H20), a durable and lightweight synthetic fabric. The circumference of the bag is reinforced with a coarser fabric for higher abrasion resistance and padded with foam to maintain its shape and protect the frame from being damaged during rides.
The bag is closed with water-repellent YKK zippers with two sliders, allowing it to be opened from either the left or right side for easy access to the contents.
The zipper pulls and garages are made from durable and non-slip Hypalon material. The bag is attached to the frame using 7 Velcro straps, which can be adjusted as needed to suit your preferences. At the front of the bag is a polypropylene strap with a Duraflex buckle. In the same area (under the top frame tube), there is an outlet for the camel bag hose.
The stressed seams are reinforced with a Bartack stitch (zigzag), and all the threads used are polyester with a large fiber diameter for maximum strength.
YKK is a brand of the Japanese company YKK Fastening Products Group, which once had the motto "Little Parts. Big Difference". According to this slogan, the company focuses on the production of small fastening components with a large number of daily appreciated benefits. In cycling, YKK is most often encountered in connection with the dominant zipper system, but also with buckles, buttons, plastic hardware, etc.
