Apidura Backcountry Frame Bag is so versatile that most bikers keep it on their bikes all the time. It can be used as storage for tools and spare parts for shorter rides and longer adventures.
Although designed for mountain bikes, its reversible use fits all frames (both small and large slope frames).
The bag can carry heavier items, and its mid-frame placement doesn't interfere with bike handling. Inside the bag, you'll find loops to which you can attach tools and a port for charging cables or a hydration tube for drinking on the go.
The Apidura Backcountry is made from Dimension-Polyant VX21 – a four-layer laminated fabric originally developed for the maritime industry. Therefore, the bags are highly durable and waterproof. The material provides everything you need for bikepacking: it's waterproof, very lightweight, and extremely strong.
The bag attaches with Velcro straps, which are coated with Hypalon, a durable nylon that provides extra protection against friction and abrasion.
Maintenance: Hand wash with diluted soapy water. Air dry. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, or iron.
