Born Xtra Bar is an energy bar with an ideal 2:1 glucose/fructose ratio to enhance carbohydrate intake during exercise.
The bar is easily digestible and prevents feelings of hunger.

Dosage: during exercise every 30-60 minutes. Also suitable before and after exercise.
