The Cannondale F-Si Hi-Mod carbon frame is one of the lightest in its class, and thanks to its special carbon fiber layering, it boasts traditionally excellent strength and stiffness.
The geometry, featuring a short rear stay, slacker head angle, and increased fork offset, ensures that you won't be caught off guard on race tracks.
The key area of the entire frame is the rear stay with what is known as Ai asymmetric integration of the drivetrain. By shifting the drivetrain six millimeters to the right, the rear stay has been significantly shortened, which has notably improved the bike's handling both on and off the trail. This solution also allowed for enough clearance to use wide tires.
The drivetrain shift enabled the creation of a more even rear wheel lacing, providing even more stiffness during sprints and in turns.
The SAVE technology in the rear stay contributes to maximum riding comfort, even on rough terrain.
