The limited edition DT Swiss 350 DEG hubs represent a significant advancement in the development of high-end cycling components. The hubs utilize a modern 72-tooth Ratchet DEG engagement system derived from the proven Ratchet system known from more expensive DT Swiss models. The new DEG (Double Engagement) is characterized by two massive ratchets with a larger diameter fitting tightly under spring pressure. Compared to the classic Ratchet system or Ratchet EXP, DEG ratchets are larger, more robust with an optimized engagement angle, ensuring immediate and reliable connection.

With the use of 72 teeth, the DT Swiss 350 DEG hubs offer a very short engagement angle, meaning virtually immediate response with every pedal stroke. This is a crucial advantage, especially in technically challenging situations such as steep climbs, traversing rocky sections, or dynamic acceleration out of corners. The engagement is extremely sensitive with minimal pedal drop, allowing riders to steer the bike more accurately and efficiently.

DT Swiss 350 DEG hubs are designed with a focus on maximum reliability and durability. The new ratchet design provides a greater contact area across the whole circumference, which significantly distributes the load more evenly compared to conventional pawl hubs. The result is increased resistance to wear, better power transfer, and long-term functionality even under intensive use in challenging conditions.

The hubs are exclusively available as a complete set (front + rear) in the BOOST standard (110x15 mm front and 148x12 mm rear) with flanges for classic J-bend spokes in a 32-hole variant. You can choose between cassette bodies for SRAM XD or Shimano Microspline. Another practical advantage of these hubs is their easy serviceability: you don't need to remove the threaded ring when changing bearings, making the hub easy to disassemble with just a plastic hammer.

Compared to the premium DT 240 DEG hubs, which have 90 teeth, the DT 350 DEG are slightly more robust, using larger 6902 bearings, with less streamlined bodies, and therefore are slightly heavier. However, they offer an excellent balance between price, performance, and reliability, which will be appreciated particularly by All Mountain and Enduro riders who prefer technical riding and need an absolutely precise and lightning-fast pedal engagement.
