With 239 grams and a unique Pebax foam midsole, SKY DNA helps athletically ambitious mountain runners reach their full potential.
For the best grip on any surface and in all conditions, developers turned to the proven Vibram Litebase Megagrip sole, considered the standard in trail running and racing sports, against which all things high performance are measured.
The new Sky running shoe forgoes the classic insole, instead integrating a minimal 4 mm drop for direct ground contact and perfect feel. One of the highlights of the shoe is the new high-performance Pebax foam midsole. The material, derived from the high-tech ski boot segment, combines durability and flexibility. It also ensures maximum energy return, so runners can fully harness power and speed in their legs. At the same time, its weight has been reduced by 30% compared to a conventional EVA midsole.
Thanks to the Double Speed quick lacing system, you can precisely tailor the shoe for a secure and precise fit to your foot shape. The intelligent lacing system optimally distributes pressure across the entire foot, eliminating pressure points while running. In the toe area, the shoe offers more space to guarantee ideal stability and control during fast descents.
EPS is expanded polystyrene. It is a strong and rigid material with a cellular structure, composed of 2% polystyrene and the rest is air.
