Salomon AERO BLAZE 3 GRVL W is a women’s running shoe for those moments when you don’t want to worry about where the pavement ends and the gravel begins. You can take it through the park, along the sidewalk, and down a dirt path—and it keeps up with your pace.
Gravel contaGRIP® with arrow-shaped lugs bites into gravel and dirt while staying confident on hard-packed surfaces. Traction remains predictable even when you change pace.
The optiFOAM² midsole cushions impacts and returns energy into your toe-off, making your run feel light and smooth. It’s ideal for regular training without unnecessary leg fatigue.
sensiFIT™ wraps the foot from the midsole up to the lacing, helping with stability when you run across uneven ground. Standard laces allow fine-tuning for a secure fit over the instep.
The Engineered Mesh upper is breathable while holding its shape when your route turns from the city onto a gravel trail. Comfort is enhanced by a molded OrthoLite® insole with a pleasant step-in feel.

OrthoLite® shoe insoles. These are high quality and above all comfortable insoles combining two types of support material. The front part is made up of special OrthoLite® foam, which is breathable, has good "cushioning" capabilities (keeps the foot in place without the risk of unwanted movement in the shoe). It has the advantage of antibacterial properties that prevent microorganisms from attacking the stressed foot and preventing odour. The back part under the heel is made of strong EVA foam, which effectively cushions the foot and prevents blisters.
